Profile sensory
The bubbles, in addition to stimulating the taste buds by increasing the perception of flavours, make this sparkling wine versatile and easy to combine. The nose has delicate fruity sensors of apple and peach and an elegant floral note reminiscent of acacia. Dry, lively, fresh, fairly soft, it is characterized by its pleasant flavour and balanced acidity.
Tasting tips and pairings
Excellent aperitif and in cocktails, this sparkling wine goes very well with appetizers, first courses based on seafood sauces, steamed, baked fish and white meats such as chicken and turkey. Consumption is recommended within one year of bottling.
Vinification and Aging
Selection of grapes from the Treviso area, gentle pressing, and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, followed by secondary fermentation in autoclave according to the Martinotti–Charmat Method and subsequent bottle aging for at least two months.
