Light pink and crystalline sparkling wine, light and effervescent with a fresh taste with dense and fine-textured “perlage”. Full and elegant aroma, ranging from floral to red fruit, with a particular hint of raspberries and cherries. Soft tasting with an almond aftertaste, persistent, dry and balanced, with good acidity.

Extra dry sparkling wine obtained from varietal grapes. The delicate taste, supported by a rich olfactory bouquet, gives it body and character.

Tasting tips and pairings

Ideal aperitif accompanied by savoury or fruit-based appetizers. Try it with risotto, white meats and pizza. Delicious with fruit and cream desserts.

Vinification and Aging

Selection of grapes from the Treviso area, gentle pressing, and separate alcoholic fermentation of the two grape varieties at controlled temperature. Creation of the Cuvée, followed by secondary fermentation in autoclave according to the Martinotti–Charmat Method and subsequent bottle aging for at least two months.
