Profile sensory
Multi varietal extra dry sparkling wine which adds particular nuances to the typical organoleptic characteristics of sparkling wines. This bubble is characterized by a straw yellow colour with light green reflections and a fine “perlage”. Intense aromas of white flowers are perceived, accompanied by slight hints of pear. On the palate it is fresh, satisfying, with a good consistency.
Tasting tips and pairings
Excellent as an aperitif. It enhances the dishes based on white meats and seafood. Valid dessert pairing. Consumption is recommended within one year of bottling.
Vinification and Aging
Selection of grapes from the Treviso area, gentle pressing, and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, followed by secondary fermentation in autoclave according to the Martinotti–Charmat Method and subsequent bottle aging for at least two months.
