Tasting tips and pairings
An aperitif par excellence thanks to its freshness and balanced profile, to be served over ice with a fresh basil leaf to enhance its aromatic notes. It pairs well with typical aperitif accompaniments, both savory and sweet. For optimal tasting, a fairly large tulip-shaped glass is recommended, allowing full appreciation of its aromatic complexity.
Vinification and Aging
Selection of grapes from the Treviso area, with secondary fermentation in autoclave according to the Martinotti–Charmat Method, with the addition of mandarin juice, basil infusion, ginger infusion, and natural flavorings; followed by bottle aging for 40 days.
