An aperitif par excellence thanks to its freshness and balanced profile, to be served over ice with a fresh basil leaf to enhance its aromatic notes. Vinification and Aging

Selection of grapes from the Treviso area, with secondary fermentation in autoclave according to the Martinotti–Charmat Method, with the addition of mandarin juice, basil infusion, ginger infusion, and natural flavorings; followed by bottle aging for 40 days.
